I recently stayed at Lisboa 85 Suites and Apartments by Ridan Hotels, and my experience was quite positive. The hotel staff demonstrated excellent communication skills prior to my arrival, guiding me through the check-in process at a different location on the same street. Their politeness, friendliness, and attention to detail stood out. Upon arrival, a thoughtful welcome gift awaited me, and the receptionist took the time to familiarize me with the hotel. The card key system for both entering the premises and accessing the room added an extra layer of security. The well-decorated and clean hall, accompanied by ambient music, created a pleasant atmosphere. My room was spacious, featuring a comfortable and clean bed, a private bathroom, and efficient air conditioning that operated quietly. Conveniently placed electrical plugs on each side of the bed, and a TV with a variety of national and international channels enhanced the overall comfort. The daily room cleaning service was great, providing a welcoming environment after a busy day. The hotel's location, right in front of the "Anjos" metro entry, offered excellent transportation convenience. The surrounding area had numerous affordable restaurants, coffee places, and shops, making it more accessible than the central downtown area. I would consider returning to this hotel due to its reasonable pricing, convenient location, overall comfort, and the caring attitude of the staff.

The hotel itself was simply wonderful – the facilities were top-notch, the atmosphere incredibly pleasant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A special thank you to the reception staff – they were very polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. They are truly professional and friendly people who make the stay even more comfortable. A big thank you to the driver – a true professional, always punctual and attentive. I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire cleaning team. The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was done very carefully and professionally. Thank you for your hard work and care! I would gladly return to this hotel again.

Amazing communication from the staff from the very start. They couldn’t do enough to help us! The location was fine for us as we enjoy a walk but if you’re looking to be super central this probably isn’t for you. It’s about 15-20 mins into the hustle and bustle but as I said we quite enjoyed the walk. Room was great value for money, very clean and daily housekeeping if required. Would definitely stay here again if we were to re visit Lisbon. Great staff, clean and tidy and thumbs up from us :)

Check in was very easy. The reception works 24/7, everything was ready for our arrival. Also we got a little present from the stuff on our check out. The location is very good. Right in front of the hotel is the metro station. You can also easily walk to the center of the city, about 20min. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed. Wi-fi was good. Enough hot water to bath as long as you want.

The rooms (I stayed in 2 different rooms because I booked twice while I was in Lisbon) were really nice aesthetically and comfortable. They cleaned our room everyday. The location is very good because you have the metro just outside, the breakfast and check in desk is 1 minute walk and the city centre is 20 minutes on foot and very easy to get there.
